Following the most recent RISA board meeting, it was agreed that a small working group be established to prepare a proposal on short term and temporary amendments to the BVI insolvency legislation. A white paper was sent to the BVI Financial Services Commission on 10 April 2020. Many thanks to Russell Crumpler, Roy Bailey, Brian Lacy and Ray Wearmouth for turning this around so quickly.
